LSBF Singapore Campus Holds First Orientation Session for New Manchester Met Students

On Monday 22 January, the London School of Business and Finance Singapore campus celebrated the commencement of its Master of Science in Financial Technology programme with the arrival of its first batch of students in collaboration with Manchester Metropolitan University.

During the orientation, Joanne Bambrick, Senior Lecturer in Banking and Finance, and Poppy Denning, International Partnerships Manager, from Manchester Met, provided valuable insights into the University and the programme. The interaction between the teams and students was dynamic and engaging, setting a positive tone for the beginning of this academic journey.

Dr Mohamed Siddiq, Deputy Head of School at the School of Business and Law, LSBF Singapore Campus, addressed the cohort: "Manchester Metropolitan University is one of the leading modern universities in the UK. Collaborating with the London School of Business and Finance, Manchester Met brings forth a world-class Master of Finance and Master of Financial Technology programme to Singapore. This presents a unique opportunity for students to enhance their skills and stay abreast of the dynamic financial landscape, especially considering Singapore's pivotal role as Asia's financial hub."
