The lecturers are friendly, clear, helpful and enthusiastic! The course content is relevant to my career and I am pursuing it as I want to help my family manage and operate our hotel business while studying, as well as once I graduate. It has improved my hospitality and communication skills so far, and I have grown in the sense that I am now more responsible and better at team work. Students stand to benefit the most from this course!
I would definitely recommend this program to others as it is practical and helpful for future careers, and if I had to describe my LSBF experience in one sentence, I would say it is enjoyable and valuable to my future!
