Sandra has more than 35 years of financial services and ICT experience in the field of data analytics, internal audit, fraud & investigation, regulatory & AML compliance, conduct & ethics compliance, data privacy, enterprise risk, business resilience and sustainability. She had also spent some years as a market regulator. She is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant (FCCA). She holds a Master of Law (Banking & Finance). She is a fervent advocate for continual leaning.
To stay relevant, she completed Harvard University Business Analytics Graduate Program, bringing together themes likes people, analytics, data science, machine learning, and leadership. She has obtained certification in NTU-SCS Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (CAIEG Profession), NTU Certificate in Responsible Generative AI Governance (CRGAIG Professional) and NUS Business School AI for Senior Executives: Strategies and Business Applications.
She is conferred Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) from The International Association of Privacy Professionals, recognizing her advanced knowledge in data privacy. She is a Member, Inquiry Panel – Legal Profession Act 1966 as appointed by the Honourable the Chief Justice.
