As part of our regional growth strategy, we are expanding our presence across key international markets and are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive student recruitment and partner engagement in their respective home countries.
Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will represent LSBF Singapore in your local market, driving student enrolments and developing strategic partnerships. This is a highly independent role suited for someone with strong market knowledge, established networks, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with education agents, schools, and institutional partners to promote LSBF Singapore programmes
- Drive student recruitment and achieve enrolment targets within your assigned market
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new agents, ensuring alignment with LSBF standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with partners through regular engagement, training, and performance tracking
- Provide accurate guidance to students and partners on programmes, admissions processes, and studying in Singapore
- Represent LSBF at education fairs, seminars, and virtual events to build brand awareness and pipeline
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely submission of student applications
- Support continuous improvement of student experience through feedback and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in business development, student recruitment, or education consultancy
- Strong understanding of the local education market and agent network
- Proven track record in achieving sales or recruitment targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Willing to travel within the region as required
