Mr Coen Tan

Mr Coen Tan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Consulting and ACTA. He is a certified NLP Practitioner, a certified Enneagram Trainer and Coach, and an accredited MBTI Personality Profiling Practitioner. Coen achieved the Gold-Distinction Award (Speaking in Public) by the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. He is a member of the Global Speakers’ Federation, the Association of Training & Development (US). In 2015, he was conferred the title of Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest award for a Toastmaster. And over the past 9 years, he has spoken to, trained and coached over 38,000 individuals and professionals to present and communicate with confidence and effectiveness so that they can succeed in career and in life.

Mr Fredrick Cabanes

Mr Fredrick Cabanes brings along with him a strong, practical background in banking, finance, project management and IT in a multi-cultural context. Before coming to Asia in 2006, he carried senior regional positions with several large American institutions such as Bankers Trust and Option One. He is also an experienced CPA, where he held senior roles in public accounting firms and has his own practice, specialising in the Small-Medium Enterprises, Real Estate, Financial/Lending, and Non-profit sectors. Fredrick has 15 years of training, conducting both corporate and academics training, including MBA programme, specialising in finance, accounting and project management subjects.

Mr Dick Lee

Mr Dick Lee was the Chief Operating Officer of a major enterprise telephony solution provider at the peak of his corporate career, managing sales worth over $25 million per annum. In his 10-year tenure in Keppel Communications, he was responsible for starting up and growing the overseas offices in Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia, securing contracting work in cellular rollout with revenue in excess of USD60million. He was also instrumental in developing and managing a business-wide transformation initiative that delivered 30% growth over a 3-year period.

Ms Anne Leong

Anne has worked in the field of Human Resource Management and Training & Organisational Development in the USA and Canada, Europe and in Singapore. For a little over 20 years, Anne has been adding significant value to our clients by improving the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of their people and teams. Anne’s programmes are carefully designed to immediately impact performance, and provide relevant, topical tools and frameworks that make a real-world difference in the workplace.

Dr Luuk van Breda

Dr Luuk van Breda has more than 35 years’ experience helping both businesses and individuals realise their full potential. Working on projects ranging from USD 5m to USD 350m, his work has taken him all over the world including nearly 20 years in South East Asia. This has afforded him a deep understanding of regional markets. His professional experience with organisations of all sizes, from SMEs to large domestic and international corporates in both the private and public sector ensures that Dr van Breda has a strong grasp of all major business and people drivers.

Mr Michael Lee

Mr Michael Lee has more than 40 years industry experience, amongst others, in the areas of corporate finance, operations and strategy, special projects, corporate governance and senior executive management across varied industries and geographies. His last full-time employment (until 2014) was with CNA Group Ltd (main board public-listed) as Group Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary. Michael holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore. He received 2 Master of Business Administration Degrees, specializing in Finance and Strategic Marketing from NUS Business School and the University of Hull respectively. Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Australia, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and is a full member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

 
Dr Adrian Ward

DDr Ward has more than a decade of experience as an environment, climate and energy policy expert in both the private and public sectors. His experience extends to environmental and natural capital accounting, green finance mechanisms and carbon markets (including emissions trading), strategic carbon and energy management, clean energy power and biogas systems, and corporate social responsibility.

Dr Ward has published articles on climate finance and sustainable land management in Science, Global Environmental Change, Climate Policy and Ecological Economics. He is a Wentworth Scholar and CSIRO Scholar (Integrated Natural Resource Management). Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business Management, Postgraduate Certificate in Energy Economics and Energy Systems, and PhD in climate finance.

 
Dr Nisha Kohli

Dr Nisha Kohli embarked on her training and consulting career in the year 2008 when she completed her PhD in Corporate Governance and Valuations. Since then, Dr. Nisha has been involved in management, strategic consulting and corporate training assignments.

She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and a candidate of CFA level 3. Her research interests lie in the area of Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Valuations and she has published numerous research articles and case studies in the internationally refereed journals.

 
Ms Soh Guat Hiong

Ms Soh Guat Hiong is a highly-regarded, senior health and safety practitioner and was formerly the Global Director for EHS Operations for Motorola – the pioneer for Six Sigma. There, she managed diverse teams in more than 50 sites across the globe, ranging from manufacturing, R&D, offices and logistics operations. Her experiences also include strategic risk management, facilities management, auditing, sales and managing a manufacturing operation.

A highly effective project manager and innovative problem solver, Guat Hiong led her EHS teams to achieve 2 black and 1 green belts projects, a first for Motorola globally. As a technical engineer and sales supervisor at 3M Singapore, she tripled the revenue for OHES products in South East Asian markets, despite challenging pricing conditions and competition. As an approved CultureSAFE consultant, she has worked with many senior management teams on their WSH culture improvement journey.
