Armand Abdul Rahim

Prior to his current position as Academic Lecturer, Armand had assumed roles in the corporate sectors across the information technology, market research, healthcare, and financial industries. In the last 30 years, he held leadership roles in functional areas across the Asia Pacific that included corporate strategy, customer management, business development, research marketing, and communications, and he has also spearheaded various cross-functional strategic initiatives and greenfield projects.

After more than 3 decades of applying his skills and knowledge in helping organizations achieve their business objectives, Armand decided that education is where his passion lies.

Armand joined LSBF in 2020 and has taught numerous School of Business and Law programs, focusing on undergraduate and postgraduate specialisations in the areas of marketing, human resource management, supply chain, and business management.

Furthermore, Armand also specialises in design thinking, service design, change management, behavioural insights, and lean processing. An avid lifelong learner, he is also a certified Adult Educator together with Design and Development from Singapore University of Social Sciences. Aside from his teaching responsibilities, Armand is an avid runner and has participated in numerous marathon races in Asia.
