Entry Requirement & Progression

Students with no formal academic qualifications can register to take exams at any level within FIA. They must be 16 years old and above.

Students who have three (3) years of relevant work experience may study for the Preparatory Course for ACCA - Diploma in Accounting and Business as part of the ACCA qualification. Students who choose this route will need a minimum of three GCE ‘O’ Level and two GCE ‘A’ Levels in five separate subjects including Maths and English or their equivalent.

The Preparatory Course for ACCA - Diploma in Accounting and Business classes are conducted in English. If you do not have:

• IELTS score of 5.5 and above
• TOEFL IBT score of 74 and above or its equivalent
• Proof of minimum 12 years of education with English as a medium of instruction

You are encouraged to enrol for LSBF's English language programme before you embark on the ACCA qualification. Please contact our Education Consultants for more information on the English placement tests.

Students who successfully complete the Preparatory Course for ACCA - Diploma in Accounting and Business are exempted from F1, F2, and F3 papers of ACCA qualification. Students may continue to study for papers under the Skill modules of the ACCA qualification.
