LSBF Welcomes Accenture’s Mr Paul Prendergast as the 2nd Member of the LSBF in Singapore Advisory Board
LSBF in Singapore is pleased to welcome Accenture Singapore’s Mr Paul Prendergast as the 2nd member of the LSBF Advisory Board.
Mr Prendergast, who is ASEAN Managing Director of Management Consulting for the Products operating group, brings with him over 15 years of experience in consulting. He has made significant accomplishments across Asia in countries that include China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore.
With his rich experience in consulting and in leading finance transformations programmes including shared service design and implementation projects across Asia Pacific, Mr Prendergast will bring insights and play an important role to advise the Institute in designing the appropriate portfolio of academic programmes that is most industry relevant.
LSBF students will also benefit with the appointment of the Board of Advisors as they will have the opportunity to tap into the board members’ rich insights and experience through student engagement sessions such as the LSBF Guest Speaker Talk series.
In fact Mr Prendergast was one of two speakers who spoke at the launch of the LSBF Guest Speaker Talk in November last year. He shared his broad experience in consulting with a crowd of more than 100 students who signed up to attend his presentation on “Careers in Finance – The Changing Role of Finance in Emerging Markets”.
Elisabetta Ceragioli, Managing Director of Southeast Asia, LSBF in Singapore, said: “LSBF is committed to investing our efforts in transforming our students into the most valuable professionals in the marketplace. To this end, we believe that with the appointment of Paul as the 2nd member of our Advisory Board, students can look forward to more sharing sessions and mentorship from top notch industry leaders that will bring value to their professional development.”
Mr Prendergast joined Accenture in 1999 and was promoted to Senior Executive in 2008. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland.
